lesson Policy
At Splash Bros Aquatics, our goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and effective environment for swimmers of all levels. The follow policies help ensure lessons run smoothly for everyone.
scheduling
Lesson times are scheduled based on instructor availability after a lesson request has been submitted and confirmed. We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate different swimmer needs and availability.
payment
Payment for swim lessons is completed via e-transfer once the lesson schedule has been confirmed. Payment secures the swimmer’s reserved lesson time.
cancellation & rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if a lesson needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. Lessons cancelled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled based on instructor availability.
missed lessons
Lessons missed without prior notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.
weather & instructor availability
If a lesson must be cancelled due to weather or instructor availability, Splash Bros Aquatics will work with you to arrange a make-up lesson when possible.
safety
The safety of all swimmers is our top priority. Participants must follow instructor guidance and pool safety rules during lessons to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
